1/2 cup ketchup
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp white vinegar
2 tbsp shredded jar horseradish
2 tbsp finely diced onion
1 clove garlic minced
Hot sauce to taste
Salt and pepper to taste.
Combine all ingredients and apply sauce to food halfway through cooking. The sauce cooks with the meat it's on.
Great on chicken and pork.
